The hotel uses the services of a chef known for concocting high-quality dishes.
Eric Samson is a Brittany native who worked with Relais & Chateaux for 10 years. He then set out into various rewarding experiences, during which he obtained his first Michelin star, at the Château de Courcelles, in 2001. In 2004, Eric Samson opened his own restaurant, “L’Imaginaire”, in Dordogne and he received another Michelin star.
In 2014, the Michelin-starred chef joined the Koh-I-Nor adventure in Val Thorens and continued with Taj-I-Mah in Les Arcs.
For several months, Eric Samson has worked hand-in-hand with Benoit Fontmartin, resident chef in the kitchens of the hotel's restaurants. After a successful career in different kitchens of different restaurants in the mountains and near the sea, Benoit joined the teams of Chef Eric Samson at the head of the kitchens of Taj-I Mah *****
