Le Diamant Noir is a gourmet restaurant which offers tasty cuisine mixing land and sea.
The name of the restaurant refers to this ultimate noble product - the truffle - which the chiefs use from starters through to dessert: millefeuille of scallops with truffle in crust, calf sweetbread, truffle and pear, meeting between truffle, hazelnut and chocolate.
Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur or a total novice, Le Diamant Noir is the ideal spot to try this product which is so appreciated and desired as a gourmet delicacy.
Creativity is key here, and Eric Samson and Damien Ruffier are fearlessly bold. At Le Diamant Noir, the spectacle continues on the plate, with the chiefs constructing dishes with care and sophistication, a treat for the eyes and the taste buds. .
Lovers of good wine are not forgotten and can pick from a wide selection, as the cellar contains over 2,000 carefully selected bottles.
Le Diamant Noir's decor reflects the hotel - chic and modern. With contemporary furniture and large windows, this space offers a warm and bright setting for your meals.
Even at your table, you can enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the landscape, as the restaurant looks out over a south-facing external terrace which enjoys a panoramic view over the ski resort and its slopes.
The team of Le Diamant Noir welcomes you for lunch and dinner for unique gourmet moments which you will not forget in a hurry!
